"Bought a home in 2018. Although it is practically unavoidable in the nature of buying/selling a house that one’s opinion couldn’t become biased through the immense emotions involved (being as it is a very meaningful, typically life-long decision,) especially towards the key person immersed in probably the most important aspect, I feel it is only fair, both to the readers of a review, as well as the individual whom it is about, that as much bias be filtered out as possible. To attempt to convince any readers that this is the case in this review, I will first be upfront and honest about my where my bias stands. From the time this review has been written, I have owned the house for less than 2 months, and have lived in it for less than 1. Since then, I have already come up against numerous and entirely unforeseen challenges (mostly brought on to what I can only conclude was due to insanely poor luck) to the point of having questioned if some greater force was punishing me for buying this"

"Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Evergreen, CO. I cannot begin to explain adequately how helpful Chris was during my home search and home buying process... I contacted her and she listened while I described what I was looking for... We scheduled a time to meet soon thereafter and she did an excellent job of finding homes that fit my desires and even showed me the house (that I now own) on our first outing...
